FSC Nominated for 3 FSTA Industry Awards

December 23, 2009

For the second straight year in its two year existence, the Fantasy Sports Channel has been nominated in multiple categories by the Fantasy Sports Trade Association. The three nominations are as follows:

  • Innovation: This award will be presented to the company with the most innovative new product design or technology innovation. The category is very broad, by design, and includes any new product, contest, service, feature, content type, content delivery service, design twist, or technical innovation.
  • Best Podcasting: This award will recognize the website with the best combination of information and presentation using Podcasts.
  • Best New Website or Site Upgrade: This award will be presented to companies that are new to the fantasy market since January 1, 2009 or have done a considerable upgrade to their site. The site will be judged based upon the professional quality, overall offer value presented and innovative use of technology.
  • Additionally, Footballguys.com’s The Audible and RotoExperts.com’s RotoRadio, both a part of the FSC’s “Must Stream Thursday” line-up, along with FantasyPros911.com’s 24 hour talkathon show, have also been nominated in the Best Podcasting category.

Awards will be distributed at the 2010 FSTA Winter Conference at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. on January 26 & 27th. (Click here for more information on the conference.)
